I am an artist who works across a range of disciplines and builds my practice on storytelling; through photography, printmaking, cyanotype, and mixed-media installations, I examine the invisible links between ancestry, memory, and cultural identity.

My process usually begins with something fragile, like an old photograph, a half-remembered technique, or a tradition that is fading away. From there, I create: What do we choose to remember? What do we decide to keep? What gets lost when no one is watching, and what happens when we bring it back?

I was born in Guatemala and grew up raised between two cultures, so much of my work is about reclaiming my roots and the stories. My heritage nearly slipped away, but art helps me hold onto it, relearn it, and become part of it again.

My work takes many forms, from photographic collages, hand-pulled prints, layered paintings, and objects that hold meaning and carry beyond their materials. I let the story guide me, and the medium follows.
